Browsing and playing

You can browse the site and play solo Ohalu Drift without an account. The web host receives ordinary request information such as an IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time to serve the site and keep server logs. The game downloads its browser engine and assets when you open the game page.

Optional Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to understand visits and game use. Google tags are requested only after you choose to allow analytics. Analytics may use cookies such as _ga to distinguish visits and receives browser, device, page, and network information. We remove query strings and fragments from the page locations, referrers, and outbound URLs we supply. Google processes network information under its own policies; we do not add your IP address to custom event fields.

Site events cover project links, video playback, social/contact interactions, and entering the game. Game events describe loading, selections, controls, pauses, race starts and finishes, times, drift scores, multiplayer actions, and records interactions. Custom event fields exclude arcade names, session codes, run tokens, and typed personal information. Advertising storage, ad personalization, and Google signals remain disabled in this release.

Your choice and browser storage

Use the controls below to allow or decline optional analytics. Either choice leaves the site and game available. A necessary preference in your browser’s local storage remembers the choice for up to 180 days. You can change it here or clear browser storage. Turning analytics off stops Google Analytics and clears this site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies. Changes apply to other open tabs from this site without restarting your game. Browser restrictions may prevent the preference from being saved.

Online racing and arcade records

Online features contact arcade-api.mikeythegreek.com. A race session uses a temporary session code and player identifier to connect players. Optional score saving sends your arcade display name, car, track, race time, lap time where applicable, drift score, and a validation token or receipt to the arcade service. Saved names and results appear on public leaderboards. Use a nickname and avoid personal information. Solo play does not require saving a record.

Session codes, player identifiers, and validation tokens are not sent as custom analytics fields. The service and host receive network information needed to handle requests. We have not specified a score-retention deadline; saved records remain until removed from the records service. Session data and web-host logs follow the service’s operational settings.

Advertising

This release does not load or display advertising. The site retains its Google AdSense publisher identification while it prepares for review. If advertising is enabled later, this policy and the required consent setup must be updated first. Google advertising products may use cookies or other identifiers to personalize and measure ads; see Google’s advertising information. Analytics choices here do not authorize advertising.

Other sites and privacy questions

Project and social links lead to independent services with their own privacy policies. For privacy questions or a request about a public arcade record, reach Mikey through the site’s existing Instagram contact. Do not include passwords or run tokens in a message.
